DeckPunk is a fan-made Cyberpunk TCG companion built by a small indie team. If something is not working the way you expect, or you have an idea that would make the app better, reach out — we are happy to help.

Email us at info@deckpunk.com. Include your device (iOS or Android), app version if you know it, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot when something looks wrong on screen.

We usually reply within a few business days. For billing or subscription issues, mention whether you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play so we can point you in the right direction.

Before you write

  • Collection & decks — Your cards, decks, and wishlist are stored on your device. Reinstalling the app or clearing data can remove local data unless you have used backup/sync features available in your build.
  • Catalog & prices — Set lists and reference prices come from our servers and third-party sources. They can lag behind new releases or market changes; we update when we can.
  • Scanning — Card scan works best with good lighting, a flat card, and minimal glare. If a match fails, try manual search in Discover.
  • Ads & DeckPunk Pro — Removing ads or unlocking Pro features is handled through your app store account. Restore purchases from Profile if you changed devices.

Common questions

Is DeckPunk official? No. DeckPunk is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card game publisher or rights holder.

How do I delete my data? Uninstall the app or clear app storage on your device. We do not operate a central account for routine use; see our Privacy Policy for details.

I found incorrect card info. Send the card name, set, and what looks wrong to info@deckpunk.com. We will pass it along when we refresh catalog data.
